I need to find one of these for the driver's side as it is missing. I know there are probably several places I can get it, but I don't know what it is called.

Right on Larry. I wanted to paint my new brake calipers before they got all rusty. Once I got started, I couldn't stop.
Then I noticed I was missing the one "bump stop". I really should replace some other parts, like the black rubber donuts that support the body. They look really bad. And on the front, the shields are falling off. What did I get into?

I've been sprayin down the bolts & nuts to the body mounts to replace those rubber bushings. I hate to do these because I just know that it isn't going to go well. So be it, I know in the long run who is going to be the victor!
I probally should be painting like you are now while the weather is warmer. That way it won't take 2 hours for the garage to warm up. Unfortunitly I have other agenda items that prevent me from doing this.
What type of black paint are you putting on? I usually use Rustoleum Indutrial Machine Gloss Black. I like it because it has a rust inhibitor and it comes in a pint and a spray.Yours looks to have a nice gloss to it.
What sheild is it that you lost? Is it something that rusted & fell off or did it have some help from a parking block, chuckhole, or your average 100 mi. jaunt down the road?
