Vette(s): 82 Silver/Gray with 80k miles, rear 275/60/15,
i have been watching those rims too. they are sweet! i am really into the polished look but those really caught my eye. you know if you get them there are spacers you can put on the hubs to push the rim/tire away from the inside of the car incase they were to deep and rubbed. spacers sell for 15.00 on ebay for 1/4 in width. the only thing is the tire/rim may stick out to far already being 9.5 width and i think you need longer studs. but, since the guy said they came off his 68 vette they should fit your 70 as is. you should email him and ask if he needed any mods to fit those rims on his car.
there is another set of rims similar to those on ebay too, Item number: 2453631311.
by the way it should be a crime to put weights on the front of rims, its the worst thing you can do to a rim. rims that looks that good should not have a weight there.

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!
Keep in mind not all cars, or Vettes, use a 0 offset. Some are designed with several inches. I don't remember the original C3 offset but a good rim supplier should have the information.

Those are sharp rims!

Can anyone tell me how much those wheels went for on ebay. I just bought a 78 C3 and it has those same wheels on it. (Not as nice though) I plan on changing them out and going to a 16 or 17in wheel. BTW these are Western wheels 15X8.5 with a 4in backspace.

Vette(s):
SOLD - "The Toy" - '70 Convertible
SOLD - "The Beast" - '90 ZR-1 (#682)
SOLD - "Betty" - '28 Ford Model A Tudor
SOLD - "BLKBRRD" - '78 Pontiac Trans Am
"BLUBYU" - '04 Coupe
The rims I was looking at are Carrol Shelby brand and sold for under $130 (btw I decided not to bid on them).

These were another similar set of Fenton rims (w/o the tires) that had a starting price of $150 (which didn't meet the higher reserve price) and didn't get a bid. I don't know if they have been relisted or not.

hi,

i bought those rims for 130.00 and they are very nice. i plan on polishing them before i mount them. i think it will be about 4-5 hours per rim, which is allot, because of those spokes. but well worth it when there done.
if you want to sell your rims i would be interested in buying them. i plan on selling my 82 slotted rims that are polished and on my car, i have an extra set of the the 82 slotted now anyhow along with about 5 other sets of vette rims, to be polished.
