Does anybody know what type of engine belts came on 1973 vettes? Was the info on the belt ie GM part number and vendor ink stamped or hot stamped embossed on the belt? I'm looking to replace some belts and some of the restoration parts suppliers have them listed as ink stamped and some have them listed as hot stamped embossed.

I have an original set of belts for my '74, and they are ink-stamped with the info. I've also seen info calling for both styles. Can't say for sure about the '73, but I'm thinking they were also ink-stamped.

I have done some more research and I think your right. Thanks for the info.
