Dukman, I dont know how to put a pick on here and I did display the vin number?

According to the "Lime Book" an HT can be a 65 327 High Performance with a four barrell carb and manual transmission. It can also be a 66, 67, or 68 327ci out of a Corvette with 350 hp (the Specail High Performance engine), 4 barrell carb, and four speed. It can also be a 69 350 ci engine with 255 hp out of a full size passenger car.
V0219 means you have a small block engine that was built in Flint. According to the NCRS spec guide, this started in 1967 and later. The 0219 means it is an engine machined February 19. When was this car built? The VIN sequence seems correct for a car that was built sometime in late February. According to the Black Book the last car off of the assembly line in Feb. was VIN 12647. As I see it, the block is perfect for your car since it was machined less than two weeks prior to the car coming out of the assembly plant.

Thanks a bunch, Tom
The V is the code for the Flint engine plant. There was also a T for Tonawanda (sp?) but that is for big blocks I think. As I noted in the first sentence of my reply, the engine plants changed a bit during the mid-60's.
