I inspected the 30 year old belts and the alt belt shows some cracking, since I have to remove them all to get to it should I go ahead and replace em all......stupid question???Confused

Is this really a question or do you want peoples approval? I hope you already cleaned out the EGR port , rebuilt the carb and replaced the blinker fluid also..and stay out of the mountains.

Ouch STUPID QUESTION!   I have a 18mm combonation wrench if ya need one for the air compressor.  I am SURE you will be workin on more than you planned for, once you get turnin bolts an pullin wires.  Remember it is a labor of LOVE. Don't forget the band-aids.   Mark     Need help? call me

Belts? Good idea. Go for it. Just don't get them ones with the notches on the outside. They just don't look right on these old cars.
Also, Al, be very careful how you use them scary 4 words- "While I'm at it"

Figure if I have to loosen all the brackets and take the other belts off its time and money well spent.
Now if that alt belt was in the front it may be a different storyLOL
