Correct vac tank?

Fellow members, which years have the 2 port vac tank and which years have the 3 port.

  my 70 has 3 ports----1  from the motor and 2 going to the headlamps (rt and left sides)---check for cracks in the seams on a used tank---i guess it matters how many relays your car is using at the headlamps----marty mwspecht38406.9540740741
