Motor is in and running! I pulled the engine the first week of September last fall, motor was already complete then but I kept putting it off because I knew it wouldnt be easy to put back together. Well last weekend I pulled an all nighter Friday and then with a few hours this weekend I fired it up tonight. I did the 24 minnutes at 2400 RPMs and above. Didnt realize how long 24 minutes was. No overheating, good oil pressure and everything sounds great at this point. Hopefully in the next week or 2 I can get the calipers and master cylinder replaced and go for a drive. I am excited about a drive. Once i find out how it drives and runs my next job is to remove the stock manifolds and put the headers on, wish I could have done that to break the motor in but was told it would harm the finish coating on the headers. Then I will work on mounting the AC back on. Thanks for everyones help as I tackled this project. I am sure I will need more help when I tackle the next project.
Thanks Again,
Rodney
