Brought the 72 home tonight as the purchased went through. The engine has these numbers stamped in frt of the pass head: 12S502190    V0805CKX.   I found that the CKX is a 200 HP engine and I am assuming that with a VIN # 1Z67K2S502190 the engine is the original. But what does the V0805 stand for? This engine runs much smoother than my 74 does and the total car seems to be tighter. I am sure that the gearing is lower then my 74. I will check that out this weekend.
Thanks
Rodney
