What kinds of oil temp readings are you guys and gals getting in your Vettes. Mine only comes up to about 110 degrees. I was not sure if that is right or not. The gauge reads higher than that but the most it ever gets is to about 110.
I have great oil pressure - between 60 - 80, and the engine collant has been in the 190 degree range with the weather in the 90's and bumper to bumper traffic.
Thanks for any info.

Have a great weekend!

Vette(s): 1982,150K,Renegade CFI,Hooker Side Pipes,85 fuel pump,Bilsteins,HD suspension, Aluminum radiator, SharkBar/w 5-Point Restraints. 3:73 gears coming soon.
I have a consistant oil temp between 100 - 120, summer and winter here in Phoenix. I did see it go higer when I was having overheating problems last year. I have a stock CFI motor.
If your coolant temperature is 190 degrees I
think 110 on the oil is reasonable. 190 on the coolant with that engine
is really good considering you are way down south. Sounds like a great
system.
