Vette(s): 1969 Corvette Stingray Convertible. Just bought it from my uncle who owned it since 1971. Fathom green, green interior. 350/300, T400.
Hi Guys,
I need a little help. I want to replace the heater hose fitting that comes out of the water pump on my '69. The question I have is, what size is the pipe thread and what size is the heater hose?

Thanks,
Matt

Hi Matt,

I can't tell you offhand which size it is but I would suggest the you check out Ecklers or Corvette Centrals catalogs. Its amazing how much info you can pull out of them. They also both have websites with online catalogs. Also, if your thinking about replacing the heater hoses and you have A/C, look into the preformed ones, it makes the job much easier.

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!
You can get them at AutoZone. The thread is a standard pipe thread. If you get the correct hose size, the thread on the fitting will fit.
