Hey guys......
Guess What?
It's almost alive!

I also dropped the tranny off at a local AAMCO, they do really good work,a dn they are top rated. They were also going to install a shift kit for free!
But, as you all know I went back to Kmart for money, and a job. But, its not working out there again. Everyone there hates me, and I'm only working 1 day this week. THey are starting to screw with me. So, I have an interview at Best Buy on Friday, at 5:40PM. Can't wait. Or I can go do CAD work at my dad's office, it all depends. The CAD is MON-FRI - 1 day for school, and its salary (amount depends on experiance) and I have a year worth of 3D rendering CAD under my belt. Thsi si all 2D plans for houses. And it includes paid training, so like yeah, I don't know what I'm gonan do. I think that when I come back they are going to want to talk to me, then the Kmart leader Tom there is going to fire me, b/c I called in on sunday b/c I hurt myself working on the Vette. He's a real ego-@$$. So I'm gonna tell them that they aren't firing me, I am quiting... and Iw ant the paper that say's I'm quiting with no 2 weeks, and I'm leaving the store now, and never comign back. ANd if you giv me the firing paper, I aint signing anything, and then I'll call OSHA, l00l.
Anyway needed to vent a bit, but really wnated to show you guys that hot engine,a dn its not even done yet!!!!! anyway any feedback, or suggestions is appreciated.
THanks,
-Louis

We've all been there, Louis! btw....good to see you back!

You do know what AAMCO stands for, don't you?
All Automatics Must Come Out!!!

Being in the business for 30+ yrs, I have a few opinions about Aamco, but I'll keep them to myself

Really, tho, some are OK, some are rip-offs. Hope you found one of the good ones. As far as a "free" shift-kit, it really only amounts to drillin' a few holes, and removing a few springs here & there, so it would be a rip-off if they charged you for that.
The link you posted for the motor isn't working, so we can't check it out, but I'm glad to hear you're making some progress. Hang in there, buddy!
