So, if I can't get the egine work done in time, would it be worth having it towed to the C3VR Show & Shine so people can see the "work-in-progress"?

Think anyone cares enough to see it?

I, for one, would like to see it Adam. Question is though, is it worth the cost to have it towed there? Or do you know someone at Penske Chev? |laugh|

Vette(s): SOLD - "The Toy" - '70 Convertible
SOLD - "The Beast" - '90 ZR-1 (#682)
SOLD - "Betty" - '28 Ford Model A Tudor
Sold - "BLKBRRD" - '78 Pontiac Trans Am
"BLUBYU" - '04 Coupe
If you have a pickup or SUV I'd borrow or rent a trailer, winch the car up on it and haul it to the show. You could either leave the car on the trailer during the show or roll it off for easier viewing (just means you'd have to winch it on again to go home).

I sure hope the weather is better next Saturday than it is today ( Sat.). If it is like today, no one will notice your car not being there cause no one else will bring theirs either |sad|

Well, that being said, I think you might want to make sure you know the correct day of the week, otherwise, you'll show up on Monday, and then definately no one will be there!! |laugh|

You posted this message on 4/28, which is Sunday.
The show next week is on 5/5, which is also a Sunday!

See that...just one more reason not to get old. If I go on Saturday, do I get the Hooters girls all to myself? I will be willing to take a pic and post it..... |googleeyes|

Well... it ain't gonna make it.
Between getting all the details of the show taken care of, and other personal engagements, there's no way the Vette is gonna make it to the show. |frown|

But I'll be there! |smile|

And really, which would you rather see, me or my Vette?

HEY! I heard that! |toungecool|
