Lost a intake fitting

Vette(s): 1980 L-48 still in the middle of a frame-off.
It seems I have lost or mis-placed the vacuum fitting that is on top of the intake at the rear for vacuum supply.  I went to the local parts store but no go. Checked some online vendors but most don't have pics.
 
If you have a source let me know. thanks.

Yer talking aboot the fitting for the vac. supply for the headlights, that goes from the intake, thru the widdle white filter, and then the check-valve, right?
