There may be a few, one for sure is "4webers" member, he is running a quad Delrato set up very kewl, other than that, not sure. Do you have a multiple set up or are you intrested in running one? With a small block probally over kill unless you would use 2 smaller quads, or the 3 duces, big blocks on the other hand could probally use a fewquads and run very nicely.

I am running 3x2's. I have 69 427 Big Block. The 3x2 still look awsome but a pain in A-- to keep up. After sitting for long periods of time they dry at the gaskets and leak. Setting up to work properly is a challenge with high lift long duration cam. (low vaccum).

Vette(s): 1979 Black coupe. 11256 original, documented, miles on it when I bought it in April of 2000. It now has 13100 on it. Oyster interior, like new. Everything original, everything works, except the clock. Paint has a couple of minor flaws.

Years ago, I had a 61 chevy convertible, which I bought new, 348 with 3-2's, and vacuum linkage. Mine always worked very good, but I didn't have the vacuum problem associated with the high lift cam. Have you tried to make up a progressive linkage system. Mine ran off of the center carb until you gagged it, then the other two kicked in. Is that how yours works? I don't think it would be real difficult to build it, or maybe someone sells it already made up...
Boy, I wish I had that car again!!! Especially in that kind of shape.... I only paid a little over $3100.00 brand new...Times sure have changed...

Take a look at this site.....
http://www.hotrodcarbs.com/
It looks like they specialize in multiple carbs for hot rods.

BigBlk, actually this is to all that responded to this thread, I haven't done the multiple carb thing for years which prompted me to ask. Like Blk79's 3 deuce setup on his 61 Vert we did the same thing by having the carbs set up so that when driving around you were operating on the center carb. When you punched it they all kicked in or when you hit a certain speed they would kick in progressively.
I was curious as to what multiple carb setups people were running since you can do so much with computerized technology now and EFI. I am toying with the idea of puttin gin a built 350/350 (not a crate motor) and even thought of multiple carbs (of course i would need to find a relative that is Saudi so I can get enough gas to have my fun) :) I think it would be awesome to have a 3 deuce setup or 2 4's under a normal Corvette hood; absolutely ripping!!

4Webers is running 4 Weber 45DCOE carbs.
I'm the one that's going to run 4 Dellorto DHLA45 Tri-Jet (turbocharger) carbs & Twin Turbo's

The Weber & Dellorto carbs have the same flages & bolt patterns and have the same principle but they're completely different.

Marck is right about my carb setup , I am running 4 dcoe webers on a cross ram . Overkill is not a problem to those that are familiar with a multiple setup . A long time ago when I was young ,I learned about over carbing an engine and it is not a lesson one soon forgets . There have been some big changes over the years on the development of cam profiles and long duration with no vacuum is a thing of the past . I am currently running a 298 degree cam with 19"hg vacuum . Better yet it leaves when you wish to depart !! I think a lot of folks tend to ask their buddy what cam they have or just browse catalogs and pick something out . This can lead to some very disappointing engine performance and overall nasty characteristics . It is wise to remember that cam grinders want their customers to be satisfied ,,, and they are more than willing to give you the benefit of their technical expertise. Anyone that reads this that has any questions or just likes to talk motor trash just fire me an e/mail

Man talk about Lag! I don't visit here very often obviously. The 3x2 as design from THE General operate as you guys say. The center carb is for tooling then mash the go pedal and the 2 ends kick in. I don't have leak problems since they now make these newer style gaskets. I don't feel that the carbs on my car are functioning properly. Partley because the cam is too big for normal cruising but even on the highway a WOT blast seems less than impressive. The cam is in @ 108* Total advance is 38* all in @3000 RPM The lift is alittle more than an L88 with a longer duration. The carbs themselves are set as per GM service bulliten in 1968 with correct return spring. New vacuum diaphrams in end carbs everything fresh. Sounds great performs??
