New Bling

Did some spending on some bling

new crossed flags air cleaner and valve cover breather

Vette(s): '73 L48 Coupe, 383, M20, A/C, Electric Windows. Matterhorn White Jet-Glo w/ Dark Blue interior. Rochester, Edelbrock, Blackjack Ceramics, Borlas w/ 2.5" mandrel X over, Cooper Cobras on both OEM Steel and Aluminum Wheels.

How come a puck with the Red Wing logo on it isn't attached to the chrome breather? 😉

Really nice improvements Brian! If you could replace those stoves with a set of headers, she'd be complete, in my feeble opinion anyway. 😀

Hey Brian, 

I don't like heat either, unless I live in Point Barrow Alaska. So when I replaced those stock ram horns with ceramic sprayed headers, I was overjoyed with how much cooler the under hood and engine ran. Less than 10 minutes after shutdown, you can touch those ceramic headers. Try that with the stock manifolds. I guess that's why wood burning stoves are made of cast iron.

Mine were made by an Arizona company named Blackjack. I'd guess there are other manufacturers of ceramic headers out there too. Great Product Brian.
