My radio started giving me some sparkplug feed back late last fall and got a little worse this spring. I decided to change the cap, rotor, and wires. Went to Autozone and asked for their best ones only to find out that I bought this set there back in 2001 with a lifetime replacement warrantee. New Bosch wires for free, lucky me! And yes it fixed the radio noise.

AutoZone, eh? Did they fit okay? I gotta get new wires for the '85 in the next few days...might need to check them out.

Perfect fit even with all the covers. It is quite a pain stringing the 1, 2,3, and 4 wires beacuse they go through the covers all the way down to the oilpan and back up though the motor mounts. You have to pull the boots off the distributor ends and fish them into place. When I pulled the old ones out I attached a piece of wire to the ends. Then I attached the new wires to it and pulled them back though.
