just got home from work, thanks for all the ideas, trying to decide whether I want to start anything tonight.

Tried that! No luck. Next step pull the intake and tap the hole, have never done before so I'll take to a friend that does this for a living. Thanks for the help.

Regarding prying with a screwdriver, I wouldn't. They break real easy.
Use the crow bar.
