HI I HAVE A 1975 COUPE VETT AND IT SEEMS THAT ENGINE IS FROM 1975 11.1974 AND IT IS A 350 BUT IS IT FROM THIS CAR

"TXL" is a block from a 1975 Chevy van or bus with a 4-barrell carb rated @ 165 HP.

Your VIN shows to be an L48 engine, and the sequential VIN of 22623. The engine VIN is not the same, as it is 00821.
And, as Anthony posted, the TXL is NOT a Corvette suffix. So...the engine you have is not original to the car. The stamp date is Nov. 4th, but you need the engine casting date to determine the actual year it was made/assembled. In this case, it is for the '75 model year.
