I am going to asume its not raining & your heater core is leaking & running out the vent by the gas peddle just a thought.

If it is occurring when it is raining then suspect the windshield. It can leak in anywhere there and run along the top or bottom. so test it with a garden hose. in different spots to see if leakage is the same in different spots of the windshield. the only way i know to really stop a leaking windshiled is to pop it out and reseal it but i would have to have a professional do that. |cheers|

My 71 T-top also leaks, I think they all do. If you take off the kick panel its probably trailing down the windshield post and goimg back behid the trim. If its only when you drive it in rain, maybe your floor plugs are missin. I restoring my interior & am soon to put in new windshield I trim molding. If your like me I only drive her when its sunny. I got caught in the rain a few times & she leaked down from the windshield, & into my lap). I made the mistake yesterday of taking off without T's with me & got caught in downpour. Pretty wet inside. Wet vac & pray for sun!
