Vette(s): 1972 conv, 4-speed, 350, 200hp, numbers match, rally wheels, war bonnett yellow w/white top. good condition, nice driver.
I JUST replaced mine over the week-end. It is true about the cap end/boot removal. I fished mine through from the top down, I have rams horn manifolds, in the motor mount and along the block, replaced the heat shields, into the factory looms, up to the cap, dielectric greased the boot and done. VERY neat job, and worth the time I took to do it. My goal is to be as close to original as possible. NO NCRS, but I am happy. You have to remove the starter to do passenger side. Rebuild the starter while your there, you will NOT regret it.
