Flotation ? isn't she already made out of fiberglass, so that should be no problem. And the propeller is already there, ok , in the front , but that must work for such a short trip. I tought there where built for that. Only sea water isn't so good for the chassis.... and ignition !
Sorry to keep you waiting another day... had my spark cables fixed at the shop but once home .. family... it will be for today , i hope. Ofcourse i can't neglet my granddaughter for my C3...

oeps, clicked to soon on the Post Reply ... Yes, Ken , the problem is gone and she's reving back under load.Must still do some fine tuning as she's not full sharp ( will reinstall former primary jetting 66 instead of now 69 ) and some tryals with static advance. But the main problem is HISTORY !!!!

I really can't see anything wrong on the distributorcap and/or rotor but there's the problem ! Those parts are from '99 and look still new... after only 3000 miles ! but you can be right with that high kilovoltage RACING COIL installed... all secondary ignition parts where " electrocuted ".
Thanx Ken for you enthousiasme all the way
and i'm glad that as a hobby-mechanic amateur the problem wasn't that obvious .... so should i be
?
Sunday 1st Belgium Corvette meeting !!! i'll have something to tell...

Al, next project are the high performance exhausts (LT1 and BB ) with 2 way valves to choose in the car between them and the side pipes.... Have already the exhausts , will make myself the valves...
All that because we find those side pipe a bit "noisy" for a cruise ...
