I have a friend who has a removable vinyl covered hardtop for sale. The top is black with a red headliner. I think the top is date coded for a 69 but as you guys know, it will fit 68 thru 75. He's asking $950 for it. There was one that just went off ebay yesterday for $840 and it was missing the stainless trim on the front of it. That buyer is in for a big surprise. That piece of stainless is going to cost him $400 or more, if he can even find it.
He says the top is excellent but i'm going to look at it tormrrow. He just sold his 69 and didn't mention the hardtop to the buyer. If anyone is interested you can IM me. If you need a different color headliner, they're pretty easy to take out and dye. Even I have done that.

I answered your PM but I really don't know what to tell you about shipping cost. Looking at one of the questions from the top that sold on ebay yesterday, it appears to be expensive IMO. You can check it out at the bottom of this listing.

I checked out the top late this afternoon. It is a date coded 1969 top. X=February V=1969. Everything seems to be perfect on the top with the exception of the weather stripping around the windows. It' not bad but would need replacing to be NCRS quality. It also has the stainless tips. Headliner, vinyl, latches, stainless trim and back glass looks perfect.
In fact, it looked so good that I bought it myself. I got him down to $900 and if none of you guys want it, it's going on ebay after i get it cleaned up. I'll try and add some pics tomorrow.

Since it's been raining here all day, the pics will have to wait. Haven't even unloaded it out of the Trooper.

that is a very nice looking top man i wish i was closer and the wife was more flexible, more than likly will never find one in that nice of shape. wah wah wah

Well atleast I have my initial investment back. One day and 1 hour to go.
