Have you checked the eBay C3 Auctions (found on the Shopping tab above) yet? Click on the Electrical category, then on C3 Radio. If there aren't any knob sets listed there checkout any of the radios that are listed. Most of them are reconditioned units offered by outfits that are in the business of buying/fixing/selling so they might have extra knobs for sale or leads to some.
