I need to sell my 79 to get something to drive daily and something i wont mind leaving out in a parking lot. This car is in great condition inside and out. The paint is admiral blue from the 94 vettes, very good looking and turns a lot of heads. The paint has a few chips from daily driving, and the rear clip is starting to chip a little, but overall is in great condition and gets many compliments. The interior is immaculate. I restored it last winter, putting in a completely new dash and may other parts. Everything works, power locks, quick power windows, delayed courtesy light systesm. the only thing not working is the clock, because whenever i was driving this car, i wasnt worried about the time, i was just enjoying it. The sound system has an Alpine head unit, tape player, dash not cut to make it fit, with pioneer 4x6 in the dash and pioneer 6x9 in the rear. mechanically, the car is very reliable. ive driven it below freezing, above 100, and everywhere inbetween with no problems. never driven in any rain while ive had it though. the previous owner had the motor rebuit profesionally, balanced and blueprinted. i have the buildsheet. he also redid the front and rear suspension, as well as the steering and brakes. This car handles great and rides really nice. The previous owner actually got this car from his wife who was the actual owner, and rebuilt the whole thing hoping to keep it for a long time. they had to move to texas though, so i came across it at the right time. the car has ac but is not charged. car has about 6500 miles on the rebuilt everything, only 500 on the interior, and about 100000 on the car itself. no rust, undercarige looks great, which is the reason i bought the car. books at a little over 16500, started at 14000, price is now 12000, really needs to sell before the end of the month. you can contact me with any questions by email at blue1979vette@hotmail.com or call me at 970-522-8106.thanks. pics can be seen here. http://www.villagephotos.com/pubbrowse.asp?selected=278844

Have you listed it on other boards also? I found "The Toy" on Collector Car Trader Online. There are lots of internet boards you could post it on.
