I'm posting this link for a guy known as big632 at the CorvetteForum. He is manufacturing custom billet fuel doors the C3, and it is one nice piece. He starts with a solid 5 pound block of aluminum and creates this killer looking gas door. I ordered one as soon as I saw the pictures. Click on the Billet Parts link at the website...you can see pictures of the gas doors on three different colors and the manufacturing process. Check out his Shark pics as well...it is a MONSTER
