I’ve got a BBC ENGINE BLOCK for sale, 2 bolt main. It has come back from a machine shop (somewhere in PA methinks) and has new freeze plugs installed, not painted, but pretty clean. I have no idea what was done to it, but numbers have not been machined off. It was a spare for my ’71 coupe but it is not the right block.
Casting number is 3963512. My source says 70-76 454 or 69 427.
Date is D671 (April 6, 1971??). Motor number / VIN is T0507CPG 11J205022. I believe the CPG motor was for a 71 Impala, LS-5 with M/T. I may be wrong. Maybe others, too.
Freight would be a pain, but do-able. Local pick-up would be better in the KC area.
I’m asking $1200 or let's talk. Previous owner paid $1600 for it before the shop cleaned it. I really don't need another.

PS I also have most of a '68 327 SBC motor (block, doublehump heads, crank, pistons, rods, oil pan, water pump, etc.). My plans have changed, so it needs to move now that Ize gots a RAT motor! I'll be posting the numbers on this one later. If interested Send PM. Cheaper before the rebuild.
