God bless you ,Davi. You are right about a lot of vettes out there. a chrome bumper would be a great homecoming present for yourself for sure. there is plenty of time left in your life for vettes. Look at us! family is first and foremost.

Again, thank you all for the kind words and support. That's exactly why I will remain a member of the site even after the Vette is sold. Besides, I will have another one! Anyway, i've had quite a few calls, but nobody has come to look at it yet, but then again, the Penny Saver just came out Tuesday. I would think there would be a lot of people for a 4,000$ Vette that runs. I don't think i've seen a 4,000$ vette that even had an engine in it before.
Thanks again all, and no worries, even if nothing changes and I do get forward deployed i'll still be leaving a message on here occasionally.

Davii,
Good luck with your transfer. Those of us that have moved with the military and deployed really understand your situation and appreciate that your family comes first. Your a great member of this group, and I am glad you will stay on with us. God bless in your travels, and best of luck finding another vette.

Davii,
I'm going to miss you, man.
You will be in my prayers, and when you come home, and get to come back to da valley, there will be a ring of kielbasa here with your name on it.
Goodspeed, Marine.

No need to miss Alan, i'll still be here even when the Vette and I are both gone! I appreciate the prayers though, and I will definitely take you up on that kielbasa, or maybe even some pierogies!
