Vette(s): ' 76 Customized .Mid year rear window ( ' 67 style ). It has an '80 nose,'80 rear bumper , and a 76 hood . Also , I squeezed in a ' 94 Vette LT1 . Paint is a custom mixed BLACK with RED PEARL mixed in !
I have a few items I'm looking to " part " with ( sorry, couldn't resist).Anyway, the parts are : right front marker lens from a ' 76 ,2 headlight mounting cups ( beadblasted and repainted ),one headlight mounting chrome bezel ( all 3 from a ' 76 ). A dual snorkle air cleaner circa ' 73( chrome pie pan, buy NO wing nut ). A NEW overflow tank and cap for a ' 94 LT-1 ,a USED surge tank for a '94 LT-1 , and the hoses that connect the 2 tanks.
I'm not looking to make big money here, just want to get rid of these parts. If interested , please respond in this forum, or email me @ BLAKBOLT@aol.com . Thanks

Vette(s): 1973 Stingray Coupe and C5 and C6 Coupes.
A circa '73 dual snorkel air cleaner |cool|

I might just be interested. Mine is in fairly good shape but has a couple bumps/dents in one of the snorkels. If yours is in better shape and the price is right I would certainly be interested.

So please tell me more about it and how much green would it take for you to part |haha| with it.

Thanks... -- Roger

Have to be honest , I didn't customize it , I bought it that way back in ' 94 .That was one of the selling points ! I have only seen one other and it was the same year, just in a Teal color. There must be other lunatics that have done it .Too bad I couldn't find the station wagon Vette at that time !

To reply to my own topic !! The air cleaner is NOT from a ' 73 as I had thought !! It is from the years ' 70 -'72 !! As from what I can tell from catalogs, those are the proper years that set up was used. Sorry for the confusion, but a better Vette guy than myself picked it out and told me of my mistake !!

What I'd like to know, is how you put pics of your car after your reply !! I can't seem to figure that out, yet  . Might be nice to let others see what you're talking about !
