I told ya I was cleaning out the shop. 
I've got a couple of Q-Jets that need to go. Bought them for parts but never used them. Send PM if you're interested in one (or more). All look like heck but are rebuildable.
#1 -- 17057204 AYN Date: 1167 (4/26/77)
('77 Chevy, A/T, fits Vette?)
#2 -- 17054917 Date: 1748 (6/23/78)
(fits '66-73 Chevy ??, M/T) (This one throws me with the "49"-- "4" does not seem to agree with date ('78) and who knows what model "9" is?? Discontinued Edelbrock ED1901 is a replacement).
#3 -- 17085227 HLZ Date: 1555 (6/4/85)
('85 Chevy ??, M/T)
#4 -- 7028212 DH Date: none
('68 Chevy ??, A/T, fits Vette? & 327/275 & 350/295)
#5 -- 7043202 FS Date: 1143 (4/24/73)
('73 Vette, L-48, A/T)
Not sure about all applications. Maybe you guys can shed more light on that, especially #2. Happy hunting!
