I wonder if the car cover comes with the car? I'd never take it off..

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. What he has is a Daytona front end with an can-am kit on it, a twin turbo hood and the typical squared headlights, and the fender vents are still sold now. All done properly, with good body work. The only flaw i can see justified here is that he does need wider tires in the rear to fill up the body panels. By the way, I have the fender vents, front end and headlights all on Cherry Love, my pride and joy red Vette.. And, in the spirit of the 70's, I also have a black and red interior, as this car does, but mine is in Velvet..
If you recall, back in the 70's, the hot thing to do with these c3's was to cut them up, or put on body kits, not leave them stock. This is a fine example of what was popular in its day, as my red Vette is.
I have been quietly "phased out" of a local Vette club due to having the Eckler’s Nomad wagon kit on it, been insulted on here and another Vette club about its looks. It takes work to be an individual, to have a car that stands out from the rest. Anybody can replace the parts with the same thing to restore a car, and there were several thousand of most C3's out there, all looking the same, just different color
Personally, if my wife would allow another Vette, i would buy one of these Can Am cars. But, with the responses here, anybody having questions can see why i will not be driving Cherry Love to the C3VR meets, this year or any other. Funny, when ever I drive Cherry, I get A LOT of praises, and the insults always come from the same group: C3 owners whose corvettes look like all the rest, no originality.
