To each his own. Far out and way too much for me though (both visiually and financially!!!)
I AGREE!! The rear end was weird.......too weird for me, guess I'm old fashioned.

That Vette will deffinately get looks no matter where it goes.
When I go to a Vette show like Carlisle and see 20 Vettes in a row, all exactly alike, I want to puke.
Don't you want to personalize your ride?
It is just a matter of how conservative or radical you are.
Dave- I was hoping you would bring Cherry Love to Carson City. The pictures don't do it justice.

Dave has a point regarding the culture in the 70s. My Dad never had
fewer than six mid years in the side yard back in the 70s. He did
engine work for the boys. Those guys were always flarin' fenders,
glassin' in headlight bezels, square headlights in the facia, and
addin' third tail lights. Today that would devalue the car. I
personally don't mind the customizing on the mid years. It wouldn't
stop me from buying one if the mechanicals were good. To each his own.

The ABNORMAL is the price. I dont mind a modded car but..... I have seen SPECTACULAR work in heavily modded cars. But its just not my thing..
I don't think anyone here is saying their opinion is the *only* option. Everyone can voice their likes or dislikes. Personally, I'm not against mods. I do, however, think that thing is as ugly as a Pinto. But that is *my* opinion, which I am entitled to. Others can and will disagree - that's fine - I will still sleep like a baby!

Btw - referring to the original car of the post. I like the car with the big 'ol blower stickin' out through the hood!

Looks like you could fill the back spoiler with water and take a cool refreshing bath if the AC don't work.
I came across this interesting 72 on the Hemmings site a few days ago.
