Vette(s): Don't own any Corvettes...yet!(I am still a poor college student) Dad's Vettes...1965 convertible, 1987 Convertible
I want to purchase a 1968 or 1969 Corvette....any body style, any color, and any condition. MUST BE $6000 US OR LESS! Also, it can be anywhere in the United States, and most of Canada. It doesn't have to run, or even have an engine or transmission, but it must be originally a manual transmission car. ALL CARS THAT MEET THESE SPECIFICATIONS AND ARE $6000 US OR LESS WILL BE CONSIDERED!

***Also, if you know of any links to sites that sell cheap 68 or 69 Corvettes...please email me...thanks! |saluteflag|

Adam--

Just a quick thoughtt here. I am not sure what you plan on doing with your project, but I wouldn't limit my search to manual-only cars. From what I understand, the crossmember in the auto's is easier to modify to accept ANY transmission than the manual. Even if you are planning a 6-speed, the auto might be a better bet. Of course, if you plan to replace the 4-speed or even go with a 5-speed conversion, the manual will work well, too! Good luck in your search!

Adam,

I am not sure what you are looking for here but I have a 1970 which I was doing a body off restore. The frame and chassis is done. The power train is done as well. It is a 4 spd manual trans with 350. Have the body off right now. i am being relocated and need to sell. Let me know if you are interested.
