Need complete rebuilt or rebuildable engine with block casting #3963512 with a late February or very early March 1970 date. Prefer CGW suffix code.

Scott, I have this block with a date code of B19 70, which should be February 19, 1970. The pad is clean, as it was decked before I got the engine. It was rebuilt about 10 years ago, but only has about 5000 miles on it. The problem is that its currently in my car, as my original motor is out getting rebuilt by a guy who is slower than lava. It has 1968 390/400 hp heads on it and a 390 hp intake and carb. I'd probably let it go as a short block if you didn't want the heads and intake, as I can flog them off on ebay.

Heck, yes, I'm interested. You can keep the 1968 heads as I have two sets of 454/390 heads but the rest of the components on the block I need. Is the carburetor a 1970 issue?
