was just browsing local sales here, and just incase someone out there is looking for a "mako".... have my doubts its an original, but ya never know... kinda like the back bumper, but.. well the front just doesn't look 'right'....

The front grill and headlights are what make it look kinda lame. Put a nice custom grill and some round headlights and it might look better. The tail lights look to be from an early Firebird. It is still sad that someone did that to a C3.

Sorry oh ah think ah threw up a lil in mah mouth...... That front end is hideous!
It would have to go ASAP. I wouldn't even show that to my enemies if I had any till that front bumper was long gone!!!
Other than that It could be turned around to turn a few heads... I hope somebody buys it and brings it back!

Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

I would have to agree with the nose comments, but I think I actually like the old firebird lights in the tail. Different. Not my style, but different.
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!
Looks like the illegitimate child of a Vette and a Firebird.
I agree with everyone's comments on the nose, its definitely "different".

The front end has been done recently, from the looks of it. The rear tail-light panel definitely looks like Rosen's work. He put Fireturd tail-lights in several of his cars.
The sunken radio antennae ain't Rosen's stuff either.
The underhood looks more like '77-up ....not a '73. The hood latches are the late style. The interior is also more '77>...Park brake console, gauges, etc., but the shifter console is earlier...'68-'72!!
Looks to me like the car had an underhood fire at one time too...
I'd run away from this one as fast as my feet would carry me...
