Hmmm.. Say ya win it at $20K. Then $20K more (conservative) for total restoration. That's $40KShocked!!! Maybe a better option would be

I agree with John and hope that someone is willing to pay the money for it plus the retoration cost.

LOL.. she looks like the typical Midwest driver car to me. 38 years old and has seen spring, summer, fall, & winter. You aren't gonna say never seen rain with this one. I doubt that it is a flood victim. Most likely it has been in the Mi / Oh. area most of it's life. It won't ever make pristine without a boat load of $$$ but it would still make a survivor and a good driver. Hmmmn..... isn't that is what they were built for?

That Canada car is very nice if you want a nice garage queen for something starting out at $32,000 + according to the BUY IT NOW price.....

Guess it comes down to what a person wants to spend and expects back outta the car.....    Tuxblacray2008-08-17 11:21:51

StarThe 70 LT-1 sold at a little over $20K (more than I would have expected - certainly more than I would have been willing to fork over).

I have seen some big blocks in same or better shape going for less on ebay, but I guess it comes down to what you really want.

When I started this string, I didn't expect so much attention.  That is part of the great experience of being on this forum - Thanks for all opinions/ replies/thoughts.
