Hey Tux. That would appear to be the product of a local shop here in Lodi, Ca. (yep, the same one that John Fogarty sang of. "Stuck in Lodi again") This was a custom car shop that did this very conversion on C3s for $10,000. I delivered mail in Lodi for 7 yrs. and passed this shop regularly, though no longer at that paticular location, they stayed plenty busy more than 15 yrs. ago doing that alteration. One of our members down in the LA area has one as a project I believe. It sure opens up plenty of room in the back.

Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

It would certainly solve the issue of no luggage space on a long trip. I like it. I was wondering what he meant in the description regarding the headlights until I saw the pictures.
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

I have seen this car, or one like it, at a car show in Wisconsin. I saw it last year near Madison at a car show. different, thats for sure.
