Vette(s): Silver 1974 Convertible - L82 4 speed
Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.
2008 Jetstream Blue Convertible
No, Mike Yeager isn't selling the showcase car of last year's FunFest, but there is another replica up for Sale.
This Car is up for sale by Volo Auto museum for just under $40K. I'll be honest and say that this is not something I would want myself, but it sure would be a head turner going down the road or at any show. This one is not right hand drive, and it doesn't look like they have any documentation, so who's to say if it's just a clone or an actual movie car.
They also have a Coyote X from Hardcastle and McCormick TV show as well as a Christine 1958 Fury with documentation from the movie! I may need to put this place on my vaction stop list for this Spring!
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

Ya...I seen it advertised too. It's a "Promo" car from the movie. Yager has the actual film car.
You'd have to just have a LOT of disposable money burning a hole in yer pockets to want it...really...what other reason could you have?

Vette(s): My 1974 Vette sold last August 2014. I am still willing to show up to events and local gatherings if anything happening No new vette yet.
Dude! I got that movie!! LOL. they show the car being made in the movie. Crazy. I would rock it, maybe not for that much money. But hell yeah, and if anything it would get alot of people lookin at it at Carlisle or such.

I'm sorry...It is one butt ugly mother. Why anyone would want to chop up a classic Stingray like that is beyond me. For that kind of money you could probably find a real nice big block '73 roadster. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder

And this beholder was blind
To each his own.
Not my cup of tea, but it would definitely get a lot of looks.
I'd rather drive um than show um, so I'll pass on this one.

I have to agree with Mick on this one, I wouldn't want to own it let alone drive it in public

For that kinda money you could find a very, very nice & clean C3. Although if you could make money for having it at auto shows and events maybe it would be a consideration to buy the Fugly Vette, ifin I had the money.
