Well as much as I hate to do this, I have finally decided to put my 79 up for sale.

I am the second owner of the car owned since 2001. It has 80k miles, p/w, p/d, a/c, tilt/tele steering, cruise control, factory silver mirror glass roof panels. It is an original car with no collisions, interior is original, intact and complete, Leather seats are in very good condition. The car has the original factory 8 track cassette player and a factory installed 4 speaker system.

The car is numbers completely numbers matching.

The L48 motor was rebuilt in August to about 300hp and runs perfectly. Carb has been rebuilt as well. The new engine has about 1000 miles on it and has been broken in and has a 100,000 mile warranty. Car has not been  modded except for the installation of a true dual flow magnaflow exhaust kit from Corvette Central. Brake calipers/rotors/Master cyl/pads and hoses are brand new.

Attached photos are a good honest depiction of its condition.

The car is documented with the original dealer paperwork as well as the original owners manual and the unused dealer supplied keys. I have loved and cared for this car for many years, and have many great days driving this car. This is a great car for someone looking for a well documented vette.

Thanks! youre right- really hate to let it go. Life has a funny way of changing your priorities. The thing that would make it better is if a real corvette lover has it and takes good care of it. The car has had a good life with me and before that my uncle before he passed away.
