And you are right Mike but there is just something about this car. It probably would be one the only one I would ever think about. This is the first car that I have looked at and actually said, I want that car, not I like that car, I want that car. But it isn't going to happen because I can't get down there. And you know it is going to sell fast.

It's modified, possibly heavily modified. You're gonna need someone to work on it that'll know their way around it. And it's over your price limit.
For that price you can get a LOW mile original AUTOMATIC, number's matching which you stated you wanted.
Should we start looking for autos?
It's only been about a month of searching.

I still want my 4 speed, that is for sure and yellow is still my number one choice but I have found out how many manuals are actually out there and that I might not have as much of a choose on color. I am to the point I might even start looking at ..... reds

I just couldn't drive it on Tues. I don't know if it is painting on the inside of the hood that has gotten me on this car or what but I never thought I would ever say there would be an automatic I would actually buy.

I know I know... slap me back in to reality... Ok.. no mods. You guys know better than me on what I can handle and what I can't with these cars.
No, no looking for autos, I claim temporary insanity. And a month of searching? I have been searching for 4 months now. Not sure how long I have been on here.

Mike.... I don't know where she is coming from...... I told her to stick to her guns and buy exactly what she wants and settle for nothing else! Anything less would be a waste of time.
I told her if she was going to be open minded I could put he in this nice pretty bone stock red on red ride that I know the history about for $9500 but it was an auto.
Now she comes up with this BLACK (nice choice ) LT1 W/ an A4 in it...... Arrrrgggghhhh.........
Oh well like Dwain says " I know the voices in my head aren't real...... But it's sure fun to listen to them......"

Why did I know I was going to get beat up about this one.
It was so shiny (women like shiny things, ask Mike about what's on my fingers, if he didn't notice, his wife probably did) and the interior was so nice but I think it was the painting inside the hood that got me. Do you know how cool it would be to show that off to people? I am someone that likes orginal things. Something someone else doesn't have. I saw this one and got very excited but now that I have actually thought about it, I wouldn't be happy with it being an auto, plus all the other stuff Mike said.
Everyone, please forgive me for my temporary insanity. But I do uphold the right that I am a woman and I am allowed to change my mind any time I want!
And Larry, you really want me to destroy a Vette don't you... red one....
