Corvette Central lists them. Their part number is 303518 and lists for $49.35. Other resto houses probably carry it as well.
What I did on my '78 was remove all that. It ran a bit cooler and better. My AIR pump was already not there when I bought the car, so it was a simple decision to remove the rest...no EGR, no EFE control switch, no EFE actuator. Makes for a much cleaner and less cluttered look under the hood as well.
