Exhaust manifold leak repair time.  So far so good, got the manifolds of with out much trouble.  Broke one stud Cry and I have 2 pesky A.I.R tube fasteners that need some TLC to break lose.  While inspecting the manifolds for cracks and damage.  I found one small crack on the passenger side manifold down at one of the stud holes.
 
 
Is this something to be concerned about?  Do I need to have it repaired?

I'd say that would need to be welded, before it breaks completely. I bet with just a little tap, that piece would fall off.
I'd look into having it welded on the side, and the top, but not across the bottom where the heat riser goes, unless whomever welds it can guarantee the finished surface would be flat, and not leak. Now would be the time to take care of it...not later, after you've already put it all back together.
Another manifold would be an option, also...
