Anything, but Stock and more mods to come!
SSBC Force 10 Brakes, 3.73, TH350, 355 CID, Rack and Pinion, Vette Brakes suspension front and rear.
Most people forget to put together a shopping list of additional parts needed to do such a swap. I'll try to give you some thing to think about, but you will only know once get the two major pieces and start comparing it to your stock system.
Some items from the stock system can be transfered over to the aftermarket stuff.
I usually suggest that the intake and carb get pulled as one unit. Then assemble the aftermarket intake and carb next too it. This way you can transfer over fittings and things like that.
Things you may need depending on how well your shop is equipped.
Carberetor studs,
Throttle cable mounting bracket
Transmission kickdown bracket
Fuel line fittings, or fuel line kit
Vacuum plugs (to plug ports that may not be needed)
RTV Sealant
Intake gaskets (may be included with intake)
Carb to intake gasket (may be included with carb)
Teflon thread sealer paste
New thermostat
Thermostat gasket
Gasket scraper
Shop Rags to fill head ports
Shop vac to vacuum out ports on head and intake valley
Antifreeze to refill system
Antifreeze catch pan
inline fuel filter (for some reason I don't think edelbrocks have a built in system)
hose clamps
A couple vacuum tees (in case your carb doesn't have enough vacuum ports as the old system.
Oil and Oil filter for oil change after intial start up and check for leaks. (always change the oil after any
major engine surgery.)
Possibly some vacuum hose
Thats all I can think of at this time. Hope this helps.

I also have a 73 and completed a carb / intake change last weekend. It was fun and went smooth. Attention to detail is the key.
I would additionally suggest checking hood clearance for the manifold / carburetor / air cleaner you decide on. Best not to have any suprises if you know what I mean. I used the worksheet provided on the Edelbrock website. Excellent, it has it all covered. I went with the EPS Performer Manifold, 600 CFM Performer Carburetor, and K& N filter. All went together quite nicely (and the hood closes
).
One last suggestion that really helped me - chase all the threads on the new manifold with a tap BEFORE starting installation. The factory threading isn't the greatest, and you don't want to strip out an aluminum thread. Just a suggestion.
