Bought a used system back in Nov. and I'm to the point now that I need to install it. Hopefully by next weekend. I think I have everything I need, but I've said that before. I found this on E-bay for $850, found the manifold to be milled .030, so I bought a new one. Cleaned up the throttle body, painted some odds & ends, anodized the fuel rails and the thing looks new, kinda hate to put all the wires on it. Hope everything turns out OK, I'll do a follow up with new pictures and comments later on.

Awesome! Tell us How everything goes, I am very interested. Are you using the edelbrock ECM? Did the kit come with a wire harness? What size are those injectors?

Yes the wire harness and ECM, and a programmable module came with it, I had to buy a watertight plug for the O2 sensor, (had to buy the sensor too). The injectors are 30 lbs. This is an Edelbrok pro-flo #3500.

Vette(s): 1975 C3 Red, T-Tops, Black Interior. All I need is time and money! Getting there!

Very nice set up.  I like it a lot.

Now if you really want to do this right, run the car on a track or dyno before and after the install, and see what it does.

That looks awesome. Hopefully all will go well and you will come back here and tell us about all the good things about it. Thus, giving me more incentive to go and buy one myself. I have been wanting one of these setups for a long time now. Probably going to be one of my next upgrades.

Keep us posted on this one.

yes, definitely keep us posted.  I want to go EFI on the stingray eventually...I was thinking about the Holley since it can handle forced induction.

Mike

My old Stingray...sure do miss it:

Well its done and running strong. Been tuning on it for the last couple of days and finally have it where it feels good and quick.I know that it needs more tuning ( I think its too rich) for better economy, but the calibration module is right there and easy to operate. The trick you see is knowing what it needs, but with a high lift cam at  low rpms, the effects are a little puzzleing to me right now. But when I went up 30% globally on fuel that mother come ALIVE The install  went pretty well. Had to cut and braze two fittings together for my heater hose because I needed it low profile so the fuel line would not interfere. The system had a two wire coolant sender and my temp sender had only one, so I bought a thermostat housing with a 1/2" hole and put mine there. Another small thing was the schrader valve was too close to the radiator hose to put on my fuel pressure guage, so I put a 90 deg fitting there. Surprisingly most of the wiring disappeared against the firewall. All wiring was put in black heatshrink or black wire loom. The ECU went under the radio and the plug for the Calibration module was velcroed to the air duct under the dash in front of my right knee. All calibrations take effect as soon as you put em in. There are three places to store calibrations. A,B,C. A is the default when the engine is started. B, and C can be used to experiment with and you can move all of them around. Restore any and save to A or whatever. The base calibration is from a chip I got from Edelbrock and it too could be restored to A,B, or C. Just dont forget to save your calibrations before you turn the car off or its gone. Guess how many times that happened..a bunch! Anyway, it was fun. The batteries in my camera was low so the picks may appear a little dark.

Feels like the torque increased a lot. It has  perfect Idle control. While cruising it goes into closed loop and maintains ( when turned on)  perfect air/fuel ratio. Plus the control module shows Manifold vacuum,rpm,voltage,h2o temp, air temp, spark degree, throttle percent, injector pulse width, neat stuff!
