Hi,  About two months ago I took my exhaust off my 79 L82 to paint underneath.
I bout a new front pipe extension from the frt. Y,test pipe, rear Y and new Magnaflows.
Being a knucklehead I can't recall the location of the hangers, and if the extension
goes thru the crossmember tunnel or not. Don't laugh I need advise. lol
Thanks

Sorry I don't have an answer for you.  There are plenty of '79 owners here who should be able to help you out.

Thanks Norsky. Have it together to the rear Y. I can't see where that rear hanger bolts
to on that crossmemeber.

Go to Paragon web site, go to catalog for c-3, hit exhaust. Turn pages till you find your diagram. Hope that helps.

Guys I found my problem. When I took everything off to clean and paint,I reinstalled one
of the prk. brake cable holder brackets. Moved it to where it should go and now the rear
hanger fits! Learned a lesson to mark locations and routing when I remove things.
