Hey folks,
Does anybody know where I can get a gas tank for a 79 vette. It appears that was the only year the tank had a liner or some nonsense like that.
Called Mid America - they haven't had one since 99??
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I've found Dynamic Corvettes <www.dynamiccorvettes.com> is a good place to find hard to get parts. They may be able to help you.

Very pricy!!!
Most of the regular part sources only list new tanks up to 1977. Seems like a hard item to find.

Give these guys a shout. While it is not listed in the cat., they do advertise tanks for 78-82 now. I bought one for my '74 and am extremely pleased.
