It's getting colder in Michigan and I need the choke.
I have an Edelbroke Performer carb with and electric choke, but the only wire going to it is the ground. Where do I run the other wire.
My car is a 1975.

Run a red wire from the "+" side of the choke to an ignition source. You should have a couple of spare ports on your fuse panel. Make sure you have 12V with the key in the run position and nothing when off. The performer carbs work great. I had one on my 327 and never skipped a beat.

The only thing I can add is to be certain to NOT connect to the ignition circuit. Connect instead to a switched power outlet on the fuse box.

Got it all hooked up, ran a red wire from choke to the fuse panel and hooked it to an 'IGN' piont.
Thanks for the help.
