So my 75 seems to have lost what-little power it started with so I decided to pull the carb apart to see if that was the issue.

Notice anything missing?  Wacko

Looks like one of the secondary emulsion tubes is missing. Did you find it down in the center section of the carb, or is it gone forever?
That tube being gone would only effect the fuel mixture while the secondary throttle plates were open....3/4 to full throttle, more or less.

AA: If you look closely (sorry for the clutter in the background) you'll see that both secondaries and one primary are missing. They were all detached and hanging out in the body. As you can imagine, she wasn't running all that strong. Just finished the rebuild around midnight. If i didn't think my wife would lock me out, I'd put it back on the manifold and take it for a midnight test run.

At least they weren't missing completely....I've seen that happen many times...dang things just fall down like that.
Hope the rebuild takes care of the running issues you were having with it...bet it does. Thumbs Up
