you can replace valve seals without pulling the heads..
try that first..
you also might want to go with an umbrella type valve seal

I highly recommend the umbrella type seals. Some of them go on top of the valve spring, and work very well. Much easier, and a good job.
The ones I used to use are discontinued, but someone has to make them somewhere.
