I am in the process of replacing my entire exhayst system on my L48 75 coupe. I am going with Dynamic headers and Dynaflux mufflers. My questions is what is the difference between the chambered exhaust pipes and the regular 2-1/2" stainles steel pipes. Will there be a difference in sound, performance, breathability?? I would appreciate any thoughts on this subject.

You wont have mufflers with chambered exhaust.

That would depend on what mufflers you use with the stainless system

Chambered will give you better flow, but a different sound. I would go to different car shows and hunt out cars with the type of exhaust your looking for and listen to them. This way you'll know what you're getting.
