Vette(s): 1971 T-top. I just had car shipped from my parents house in florida where it has sat for over 12 years..It is going to be a long project!
Thats interesting, i guess it all depends on who you talk to...he did mention the ulgy coating you spoke of. I guess I'll just have to live and burn like the rest of the sidepipe owners!! Also he made it sound easy to put them in, not saying much about the problem scott had with the bolts..

btw, have you heard the chambered vs the slip in mufflers other then on the web site?? I dont think i would want to weld the chambered muffler in.

nope and that why im trying to get him to make a slip in.. dont want to get tied down if I dont like it.

They'd charge $80 extra for the triple coat. I don't have any data saying what more it will do, but you've got to figure more is better. I know of one other guy who did it and swears by it. However that's only subjective data so it's hard to know how reliable it is.

The fitment would be tighter, so you'd probably have to grind off/down the coating in the slip joint area. Thanks
